I had the same experience - I was up to 10 drops a day and doing pretty well. Then I got a huge cold - the result of detoxing I'm sure, and my lower back went out (not kidney back pain). I have been off Iodine for almost two weeks and tried to take only one drop yesterday, and got the pain in my back like it was going to go out again plus nose running and coughing. I'm going to let my system heal itself and then try 1 drop a day to see if I can start back up again. Does anyone else have their back go out when detoxing? I must have a very toxic intestinal system, because every time I try to do a Colon Cleanse like with some of the oxygen products, I end up in extreme back pain and have to back off.
