After your pull, are you rinsing with a Seasalt water solution and following up by brushing with a NON-FLOURIDATED natural toothpaste or 100% pure baking soda?

Please, please, please......reconsider using Listerine. It's got about a 30% alcohol content and will destroy your sensitive gum tissue.

If you've been researching the Oil Pulling protocol and other forums on curezone, you already know that flouride is actually poison and is not necessary to maintain good dental health. Same goes with "conventional" mouthwashes, etc.
