I use a 50/50 of castor oil and olive oil. I have normal skin. I have been putting it on when I get in the shower and wash it off, after I wash my hair. I have been doing this proctol for a few months now and love the way my skin feels! I top it off with apricot oil and added frankincense essential oil. I have been told I glow :D!
