I seem to be regressing as well. Seems like all I want to do is SLEEP! I've decided to stop the Iodine for now and do a kidney/lymph cleanse. It's the one thing I haven't done in my cleansing and I've noticed that in every cleanse/detox I do, I get so far and then things just stop progressing. I also get very tired and have kidney pain or discomfort. Right now my eyes are burning and weepy. I don't understand what's with that!
