RuhRoh Rastro...I took an hot bath with 3/8 cup of Lugols and 2 cups of Epsom Salts two nights ago, and soaked my whole head (except my nose) for over 1/2 hour.

My hair is FANTASTICALLY soft and it looks wonderful.

Why was I not supposed to do that? 'Cuz I'm sure as heck planning on doing it again; my scalp seems to be begging me for more :)
