I started with two drops, twice a day, which was fine for a little while but then the detox effects got the better of me. I had a blinding headache for two days and the brain fog was unbelievable. I was tired and achy all over. Yesterday I cut back to two drops once a day and I feel better already. I think I might just stick to that dose for awhile and see what happens.
