agree, low-fat diets are the worst. And this what doctors suggest, so i do not trust them now....And if i do not trust them about proper diet how can i trust them about having surgery??

I could eat anything I wanted for 3 1/2 after I was first diagnosed and had no symptoms at all during the last year and then i started this low fat and low everything diet program and my symptoms are back after a month. No attacks (yet?) but
it was quite bad. I am too scared to do a flush yet just taking herbs and adding healthy oil back.
Pretty sad cause i was doing great on this diet and feeling much better too except that my gb got mad at me again.
