I love Gifam's course. It is informative and challenging and the price is not prohibitive. I am actually helping them to edit the MH lessons as I go through.
Also - as Anne mentioned, as a student you have access to an onlne forum, help with a teacher/adviser, and they are starting to offer job openings on their site. Once you graduate, you can list your practice on their site.
