Yeah damn candida! But if we look on the positive side of it, it's turning us into extremely strong people!

I may be coming into stage two because though I'm still taking antifungals and probiotics no candida type stuff has come out in the loo for a few weeks now but I still have brain fog but not as much. I don't feel up to running yet but I'm riding my bike a couple of miles once or twice per week to do the shopping.

Sad about your friend's kidney problems but she sounds like a tough lady who'll get through it and do all she can to help herself. I'll check out her website. I know a Shelley with candida but I don't think it's the same one. I once asked a Shelley in here if I knew her and she said no but could be the one you're talking about.
