take it. it is just fine. some think(and i do too) that some Iodine in its natural form helps the purified Iodine to absorb better. unfortunately, these days our oceans are too polluted and Iodine too depleted(less available) from what it used to be(my theory) for kelp to be your sole source of iodine for your total needs. so when your Lugols gets there, keep taking one a day of the kelp at least till its gone. it might help your body do with the iodine what its supposed to.
