Hi: - I have started taking the H202 (food grade) on an empty stomach three times a day - I will follow the protocol to the end this time - I am having too many health issues and hope this will put a dent into the problems.

Question: For those of you who have taken this protocol (working your way up to 25 drops) when you put the drops into the water, do you just drink it as is or do you have to stir the water to mix the H202 into it?? Or does it not matter?
