Thank you for your input. I just started OP'ing today. As for my skin, I can wash it and two hours later I need to wash it again. It's very aggravating espescially in social settings. Could you tell me how long it was before you started noticing a difference and how long it took to achieve where you are today? Also, do you have a preference between the coconut oil and the sunflower oil other than taste? I used extra virgin olive oil because that is all I had on hand, but I was thinking of getting either sesame or sunflower.
