That should be an interesting change.

I've become quite fond of 'smiling' excess 'thinking' energy down to the area of the navel (body brain), when putting myself to sleep at night.

Those Taoists were right, it quiets the 'monkey brain' very nicely...perhaps strengthening inner organs, as well.
