I have Lugol's iodine, yet I only used it once, and it was a very small amount. Microscopic lol. I read that it could be dangerous if too much was taken, and seeing as I didn't know of a safe amount, I went for the least. I got it from sunrising health or something. I've mostly stuck to the table salt with iodine, til i find a good source for unrefined Sea Salt . Also I did a Epsom Salt enema last night, it had some interesting effects. It was 3 cups distilled water and 1 1/2 tablespoons of epsom. anyhow, I hope some more people respond, I've just been getting into this whole cleansing thing, even though I've read alot, they have more experience on their side :)
