I reccomend the book Wild Fermentation. It takes away the mystery of making your own Sauerkraut and Kimchee.
The Rejuvenative Foods I bought I found in town even though Rejuvenative Foods website claimed that another store much further away carried it. I suppose you could also approach your local health food store and request they place an order for you and keep it in stock.
