This is a fantastic post. Well for me it was. I have that same issue in one spot by my liver and I would bet it is the blood thing...or else flukes. No one knows.

coffee enemas do stuff... do em. Organic or wilson's. I have yet to try wilsons but I was told you can retain them longer.

And yes I have to clean out before I do a retension enema if I am NOT cleaned out.
