I thought that this would be a very valuable site. I have been watching to see what people would post to it. But, I don’t see anything. So, maybe I can start the ball rolling. Maybe this isn’t an earth shattering formula, but here it is anyway. This is my formula for tooth powder.
5 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon natural Sea Salt
½ teaspoon 150,000 SHU cayenne powder
I screen all of the ingredients. Usually the baking soda and salt don’t need it. But I find that the cayenne powder usually clumps in the container. And if I don’t screen it, I get a clump of straight cayenne powder. This certainly a wake up call when brushing my teeth. It’s a real burst of heat, but not one that I want, first thing in the morning. Screening takes out the clumps and after mixing everything together, they don’t seem to return. I pour the tooth powder into a small jar. Then when I want to brush my teeth, I pour a small amount into the palm of my hand. I wet the toothbrush and make a paste, then start brushing. It really gets my taste buds moving in the morning and gets me ready for my cup of cayenne tea. But that’s another formula.

I would really like to see some formulas from other people. So how about it? Does anyone have an herbal formula that you want to share? How about something you’ve done to change someone else’s formula? Maybe you’ve added an ingredient, or changed the way you put someone’s formula together. Come on, share it with us.
