Oh, you would KNOW if you had a UTI - you wouldn't be able to urinate without extreme pain and you would be seeing blood in your urine. If you're able to sit in front of a computer and post a message, you do not have a urinary tract infection.

You're expelling junk - toxic, icky junk (possibly dead bacteria) via your kidneys. I would drink more water, continue the suggested Iodine therapy supplements, and begin a kidney cleanse as found at
