Hi, I've just read the Comparative Book to Nutritional supplements ( about 500 nutritionals compared),and I've decided to take the Life Force Multiple instead of Usana ( Life Force is one of the top 5 ranked in the book ) Does anybody knows or have experience about these products? I feel better since I take Life Force, just one pill instead of 15 to 18 each meals. I've just noticed my stools are lil orange because of the high amount of beta carotene. Any opinions?? Thanks
