Hey everyone. I have fasted before...ranging from 2-28 days. Well, i'm ready for a big change and i will be starting a 49 day Water Fast tomorrow, April 22. It will end on June 9th. I will have a check-up with my doc. after 14 days and then again on June 1st (at 40 days). I was told those are 2 crucial check points. I'll post progress every night. I am 5' tall and 146 lbs. currently. If all goes as planned, I will be at least 109 lbs after this fast...minimum of 97 lbs. (that would be losing a pound a day) I am suppossed to weigh 100. Thanks in advance for the support...wish me luck!!
