Hey Boldy, I do the oil pulling and have always wondered what that white thick mucus is that seems to come out of one's throat after swishing with oil. It's not there before you start. I use sunflower and/or coconut oil and have tried grapeseed oil with good results. No clogged pores anymore. I don't understand why. You would think you would have more due to the oil. 48124
