i would say that you have reacted to the external cream, not the diflucan which will work. i no from experience that alot of the creams they give you are higly irratalbe. maybe u could just stick to the difflucan adn leave the cream and try something else, how about a diluted acv, that stuff kills fungas, put into spray bottle and water down and spray. man i feel for you ....guys have it so easy....while we suffer with itchy bits..... the diflucan will kick in and it will work.....take care..
