My first 10 flushes were using 2 days of apple juice fasting and prior to the Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and lemon juice without Epsom Salts . Using this protocol:

Why? I only found out about Hulda Clark and curezone later on.

Then I've done Hulda Clark type flushes with no apple juice, then Andreas Moritz flushes with apple juice.

I think apple juicing is essential especially in the first flushes because it will dislodge stuck up cholesterol and old bile first. The apple juice seems to wash your liver preparing it for the flush.

In my flush yesterday I drank apple juice for 2 days then did a Hulda Clark flush with Epsom Salts .
