i was constipated for at least a year. using probiotics: Ultimate Flora 50 Billion plus magnesium:250 mg and methyl cellulose: citrucel helps with out gss or diareah
after getting a stomaache flu i went from 3x aday to 1x a week now at least 1x aday moere if i use probiotics 2x a day
