basically, some foods raise our blood glucose levels very quickly....yet another reason to stay the hell away from refined carbohydrates! & Food manufacturers are tricky, gotta read those labels. "Whole grain" can just have a percentage of whole grain....etc, etc, etc..

A REALLY good way of eating is to eat WHOLE FOODS. NO fractionated, processed "foods".
