Well said. Goes to prove that most things in alternative medicin DONT work. I am just hoping Iodine is an exception. I once did Liver Flushing ardently. Have done 13 of them. Now I am strictly against it. I cannot suggest anyone to do it.

I have never fasted before, but my mind says, its un-natural not to eat for so many days. So I dont think I am into fasting at all.

I know its a jungle out there in the field of alternatives, and we have to be very careful. But I am sure, the body can heal naturally. I will never give up.
