Hi,

I'm really sorry about what you are going through. I can relate a lot. I just starting a Water Fasting diet to help with my problem. It makes it so that I have full control over what I put into my body. My self respect because I have accomplished this has really been skyrocketed. I'm on day three and now my cravings are completely gone for alchohol. I really started to appreciate the value of what it is that I put into my body. I know this is not long term success so far, but it is a lot for me as I used to drink every day and to not even have the craving is a lot for me. I'm trying to totally detoxify my body because I want to have full control over this. It's so far been a very difficult but amazing experience. I will keep this forum updated on my progress.
