I tease Dennis, he's got an very impressive array of initials behind his name. I told him I'm plzchuckle, abc (those are my generic initials). I've just always loved biology and how the body works and I read alot, too much.

Uncooked egg yolks have usuable lecithin; they also have animal protein that causes mucus. I'll take my lecithin from a plant source, ty.
