hi thnx for the quick reply,i read about tamarind ,but i am alittle concerned over something i read(cant remember where) that said the only reason that so much fluoride was excreted from the urine after ingesting tamarind, is becasue its so very high in fluoride.

I also have another question, i couldnt get any loguls, but i found some Iodine tinctures for internal use at a health food store, the label said that one drop contains .25mg of iodine.could you provide a link or tell me how i should go about supplementing with this during a fast, like how much to start with and what dose to go too,also how to do the salt flush and such,sorry for all the question i just want to do this correctly.
