I, personally, think that the bathing had more benefits over any risks of absorbtion of the chemicals in the bathwater (I have the same problem).

Can you get hold of tamarind? Its been known to trap an excrete fluroide, its a Asian (Indian) bitter fruit type thing. You may get it fresh in blocks or dried in blocks or as an extract. I take a little everyday to help keel fluroide out. Someone on the forum found out about its effects...though I cant recall who, so the kudos goes to that lovely person!
