hi im starting a fast next week and im incorperting Iodine into it ,i was planning on doing alot of hot epsomsalt/bakingsoda/ginger baths to help detox, then i realized that my tap water has fluoride and chlorine (and god knows what else) in it,ive heard if you let it steam off the chlorine evaporates but that still leaves the fluoride.Im wondering if ill be absorbing enough fluoride from these baths to be counter productive .ive read somewhere that the Epsom Salt prevents you from absorbing the fluoride and chlorine through your skin, but not sure if that was a reliable source.
