Exactly! Whether you choose to 'go slowly' or 'go quickly', it's my thinking one should choose their dosage based on all the information they can get 'their minds on' and then listening to their own 'doctor within'.
Iodine IS a "toughie", because besides being necessary for health, it releases vast storehouses of SO many poisons in our body. If most of us listened only to our own bodies, we would stop taking it immediately, because we'd erroneously assume it was the Iodine making us feel sick. :(
Frustratingly (or joyfully) experiencing the consequences of living on this poisoned planet (and the consequences of ingesting poisoned food) is something that is inevitable. With iodine, one can (thankfully) remove the storehouse of poison (while experiencing minor discomforts)...rather than having to deal with the results in the form of cancer and other incurable diseases down the line.
