When I have taken too much Iodine and don't feel well from it, I know I have overdosed. It is easy enough to lower the dose. (You can call it a cleansing reaction, but I feel it's just wrong dosage.)


It seems that discussing Iodine dosage angers a couple of you. I thought we were all looking for help in overcoming Iodine deficiency.

I take iodine. I believe most everyone is deficient in iodine. But, I feel that dosage is very important. What works for some will not work for others. Dr. Brownstein, M.D., outlines this in his book. I hope you have it.

I will try to find the information for you that refers to the cocoa.
