I can understand why we flush at 10pm. I have been seeing a medical massage therapist, and he stimulates my gallbladder, and it makes alot of gurgling noises high up near my ribcage. That is exactly the same noise and location that I hear every night around 10-11pm.

I am going to do my flushes according to the moon phase. Women's menstrual cycles go according to a monthly cycle. It just makes sense to me that Liver Flushes would be more effective timed that way.

BTW - I really feel good after my flush. Alot better circulation in my extremities. Yeah!
