You might want to lower the dose and give your body a rest. Everyone is different.

Dr. Brownstein explains in his book, that some have to go to the lowest dose and some even have to take that only three days per week.

Some of his patients have to take Atomodine instead of Lugol's, as they are so sensitive.

Some have no trouble with higher doses. But, listen to your body.

We are all different. Lugol's is good, but it is a medicine, not a food.
