Maybe a couple of Brazil Nuts for Selenium would not hurt. I try to eat 2-3 a day.

Also Salt Water protocol is very easy to follow. I do it every morning.

I am not supplementing with any Vit C supplement yet. Have been thinking abt it. I just stick with OJ and lots of fruits/berries.
