Just finished my bath and oil pull.

During the bath my left leg was being attacked probably by the peroxide on my recent wounds (scratching at night), oddly it left the right leg and other eczema alone.

My lower left abdomen is throbbing a little right now.

I used Flax seed oil for 5 min. Turned a dull yellow color from amber.

And I have juicer. :)
