Thank you for your post. I have added to my original post so please re-read.

Kidneys have been better as I have cut back on coffee and increased water to flush them better, but haven't still been well hydrated considering my size and activity level. I have bought gallon containers and am trying to make sure I finish one a day.

I will take the bath you described this morning. I wish I was back in Europe where a regular sized man could fit in the bath tub, not having to choose which half to have under water...

Do you have a good link to the oil pulling? I can search, if you don't.

I will keep you updated.
