Like cow - Different breeds of Sheep in particular, andd I presume goats, have differing levels of fat content...and cow in general has too much fat, I've to find any reports on the content of Brahma Cows as the milk commonly used in India is a far cry from our milk and Unpasteurized.

Ideally one would drink milk most similar to Mothers Milk as far as health is concerned - Low Fat and more Aminos with some GLA..
Personally this would mean Horse Milk, which is the common milk used in 'Upper Asia'.
