I have not used soap on my face for a couple of months. When I OP I first take whatever oil I am using and mix it with a little iodine, and then let it sit on my face for a while, then as they suggest wipe with a warm damp cloth. The same at night, and then some more oil/iodine for moisture overnight. I love it!
