It is important to take extra vit B complex if you have HPV or cervical dysplasia.Not all HPV viruses cause cervical cancers . Even if you have one that does, if you caught it in your twenties or later , you are much less likely to get cervical cancer than if you caught it as a teenager , when your cervix is developing.
