Have you had your FSH or hormone levels checked when you had your blood work? The Mirena alters some women's hormone levels and causes some of the symptoms you are experiencing (some of which are the symptoms of peri-menopause). I'm not sure about the sore throats though, but if you aren't feeling well, your immune system could certainly be affected. Also, have you looked into some of the other alternatives to hysterectomy like thermal ablation?
