Take pitted dates and place 1/2 pecan in the pit-space. Wrap the whole thing up with 1/2 slice of thick bacon and use wooden toothpicks to "fasten" the bacon around the stuffed date. Place on a non-stick baking pan (or, broiler pan) and set into a 375 degree oven. About 8 - 12 minutes to "broil" the bacon around the dates.

Better make tons of these whenever you make them - they are so yummy that is HAS to be illegal, immoral, or fattening! (grin)
