I'm finding out that when you break a fast, (at least on my end with the ketosis staying with me) to adhere strictly to ALKALIZING foods!

I've now got a list of alkalizing foods that I'm adhering to! I've eaten some form of an acidifying food every day since breaking my fast.

Not a good thing!
