Diabetics can blow out blood vessels in eyes...Lower that blood Sugar by using xylitol, a five carbon sweetener that kills bugs 'cause bugs eat six carbon sugars, and xylitol bypasses the pancreas. Don't use the oxidizer silver colloid, the Sugar acts as an oxidizer and you're too susceptible if diabetic or have high blood sugar. Use a good antioxidant like Vitamins A,C,E, or Alpha Lipoic Acid that protects even brain tissue. God bless!
