I was considering doing the piercing a vitamin E capsule trick and using the oil on my skin... I was looking at the ingredients on a tub of Vit E capsules and it says...

Ingredients: Vitamin E (as dl-alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Soya Bean Oil, Gelatin, Glycerol

Thoughts on this? Can I still use it on my face?!
