i never knew this forum exsisted! just read something about cold showers in a magazine today

"The Thrombosis Research Institute in London found that cold water stimulates immune cell production. Meanwhile researchers in Germany have confirmed that cold showers help prevent colds. In the year long study, people who showered for 2 minutes in cold water had fewer colds than those who took a hot-shower"

i knew it was great for circulation, but increasing immune cell production was news to me!
