After a hot soaking therapeutic bath should one replace the tub water with cold water and soak more or is it very necessary to shower in cold water quickly. I'm still showing signs of pink skin after my 2-3 minute cold showers. It is not relaxing for me to stand in the cold longer than a few minutes. 48124
