Don't fret about the sores, it will heal. Learn how to manage the pain, it really makes life much easier.

I have never visited a doctor for the outbreak. The pain was less than I imagined, it's actually quite OK. I've tried many topical applications : VCO, propolis, manuka honey etc BUT the BEST is fresh urine (painless) or Iodine (sting at first).

CANKER SORES are not contagious and are painful ulcers with raised red border around a white ulceration









COLD SORES are contagious, and appear in *clusters* as fluid-filled blisters
