You know, I always thought of myself as a really strong person.
I'm not though, I care for my elderly mother and so many meals that
I fix for her I wind up eating some as well, and she
eats a most unhealthy diet. Even though she's had a stroke and has diabetes.
I am finding it very hard to get back to vegan with no support group and not knowing any
vegans.
